The Texas Tech Men’s Golf team is headed back to the NCAA Tournament for the 11th consecutive year.

The Red Raiders were awarded the No. 8 seed at the Greensboro Regional that will be played at the Grandover Resort – East Course, May 17-19.

14 teams comprise the Greensboro Regional with the top five advancing to the NCAA Championships being played at the Riviera Country Club in California May29-June 3.

The top seed in Greensboro will be Auburn followed by No. 2 UNLV, No. 3 Florida, No. 4 Duke, No. 5 Indiana, No. 6 Liberty and No. 7 SMU. Rounding out the field from seeds 9-14 are Tulsa, Lamar, Louisiana-Lafayette, Charlotte, George Washington and Mount St. Mary's.

The Big 12 received seven bids total to NCAA Regionals. Joining Texas Tech was Texas, Texas A&M, Baylor, Iowa State, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State while future Big 12 member TCU earned an at-large spot.
