The Texas Tech Men’s Basketball Team Takes on #12 Kansas in Lawrence

The Texas Tech men’s basketball team will be looking for their first Big 12 when of the year as they head to Lawrence, Kansas on Saturday to take on the #12 ranked Jayhawks.  Tubby Smith and company have now dropped four of their last five games dating back to December 22^nd.  Their most recent loss came on Monday as they fell to #14 West Virginia by a final score 78-67 in Lubbock.

The Jayhawks we able to sneak out of Lubbock with a 64-63 victory over the Red Raiders, but the game in Lawrence was a different story.  Kansas blew out Texas Tech in impressive fashion as they won by a final score of 82-57.  Tipoff for this game is set for 2pm from Allen Fieldhouse and can be seen on ESPNU.
