Lubbock Minor Certified to Stand Trial as Adult in Murder Case
A 17-year-old in Lubbock was certified to stand trial as an adult in a murder case.
Christopher Hernandez-Constancio was arrested last July for the shooting death of Ezekiel Gonzales. Hernandez-Constancio was 16 at the time of the murder.
Lubbock Police released a statement saying that Hernandez-Constancio is a danger to the public and court ordered a juvenile court to release his name and information to the public.
Hernandez-Constancio is currently being held in the Lubbock County Detention Center on a $250,000 bond.
