Alan Bowman Had The Highest Passing Grade Of Any Big 12 Quarterback In Week 2
After a strong performance during the absolute drubbing of Lamar 77 to 0 on Saturday, true freshman, Alan Bowman had the highest passing grade of any Big 12 quarterbacks according to Pro Football Focus.
Bowman finished 22 of 25 passing, for 282 yards and 2 touchdowns. That's not a bad stat line considering he only played in the first half. Jett Duffey finished 7 of 9 for 93 yards and had an interception, but he also contributed a team high 81 rushing yards for the Red Raiders. Colt Garrett also saw some action as he completed his only pass for 44 yards and a touchdown. #Colt4Heisman
Bowman will need to be on his A-game next week as he will have to deal with arguably the best defensive player in college football, Ed Oliver and the Houston Cougars, who are fresh off a convincing 45-18 victory over Arizona.
