The Texas Tech men's tennis coach Tim Siegel has decided to return for his 22nd year as Head Coach.  The Texas Tech tennis team went 15-11 last year which marks the seventh time in Siegel career that his team finished with at least 15 match victories.

He had previously said that he was going to retire at the conclusion of the 2013 year but had this to say about the upcoming season, "I cannot wait to get started with next year's team. It is a team built on freshmen and sophomores. I am as hungry and as energetic as when I arrived in 1993."

Coach Siegel (Pictured on the right) has a 298-224 record at Texas Tech and has been named Big 12 Coach of the Year twice.  He has produced two All-Americans, five academic All-American, 33 All Big 12 performers, and 22 Big 12 position champions.
