Adrian Beltre and Mitch Moreland both had monster offensive games, pushing the Texas Rangers to victory over the Baltimore Orioles 12-3. The performance of the game goes to Adrian Beltre, who belted three homers, and recorded five RBI on the night.  Mitch Moreland also chipped in a career performance, hitting his first grand slam of his career, and matched Adrian Beltre's five RBI's.

Derek Holland also turned in a gutty performance going seven innings, striking out five and walking three.

Commenting after the game, Rangers manager Ron Washington stated, "It was a fantastic night. It's obvious he's not been up to par, but he's been hitting some balls on the screws, he's been getting jammed, which is baseball. I just hope tonight is one of those nights that he can grab and keep moving forward. He's been consistent for us all year."

The Rangers were propelled by a monster four run inning in which they scored nine of their twelve runs. In fact Adrian Beltre had two homers in the fourth inning alone. All in all, it was the offensive performance one expects to see from the Rangers. They have been struggling as of late. Perhaps this is the game they needed to get their confidence back and get their offense back on track.
