3-Year-Old Lubbock Child Dies After Being Run Over in Driveway by Parent

A young child was killed New Year's Day in Lubbock after being struck by a vehicle in the driveway of a home on 15th Street.

According to Lt. Ray Mendoza, the Lubbock Police Department's Major Crash Unit responded to the scene of the accident Wednesday morning (January 1st, 2020). A 3-year-old child died after being run over by one of his parents, Lt. Mendoza confirmed via email.
