The Houston Texans have signed former Houston Cougars quarterback Case Keenum and former Texas A&M quarterback Stephen McGee to reserve/future contracts.

The quarterbacks were two of eight players that were signed to deals with the Houston Texans.  Keenum was undrafted and signed with the Texans practice squad last season.  McGee was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in 2009 but only played in three games before he was cut at the end of training camp last season.

Houston was eliminated from the playoffs this year after they fell to the New England Patriots 41-28 in the Divisional Round of the AFC Playoffs.  They had a chance to lock up the first seed in the AFC Playoffs, but failed to do so after losing three games in a row and ended up being the third seed AFC Playoffs.
