Eric Ward Named to 20 13 Preseason Biletnikoff Award Watch List
The preseason accolades continue to roll in for members of the 2013 Texas Tech Football team.
Red Raider Senior wide out Eric Ward, of Wichita Falls, TX, was named to the Preseason Biletnikoff Award Watch List on Tuesday morning. The award goes to the nation's top wide receiver, an award that former Red Raider All-American Michael Crabtree won twice in his two seasons in Lubbock.
Ward returns for his senior season after a breakout Junior campaign in 2012 with 82 catches for 10,53 yards and 12 touchdowns.
Ward joins 76 other players up for the award which is given away each December at the Home Depot Award Show on ESPN.
Ward was on the watch list last season for the prestigious award.
