Starcare Speciality Health Systems and Lubbock County VOICES will be holding their 1st Annual Winter Wonderland event. The event is being held in order to help middle and high school students learn how to be and stay drug-free.

This event has these kids peers teaching them what it is to be drug-free and how to resist peer pressure.

From Lubbock County Voices:

The Winter Wonderland event will be open to all middle to high school age youth. We invite all Lubbock county youth to come out and enjoy games, door prizes, movie and a short alcohol prevention presentation by Keep Teens Alive members. Refreshments will be provided. This event is free!

The event will be held Friday, December 1st from 7-11 p.m. at Alliance Church at 5825 34th Street. For more information, call 806-241-2902.
