Two-Vehicle Crash in Gaines County Kills Two Seminole Men

Two Seminole men are dead after a crash on Monday, December 27th, in Gaines County.
The Texas Department of Public Safety reports the crash happened at around 8:45 a.m. at the intersection of County Road 205 and 206, just 3 miles northwest of Seminole.
Officials say one of the drivers was traveling northbound on CR 205 and ignored a stop sign at the intersection, colliding with a big truck and trailer traveling eastbound on CR 206.
Authorities identified 66 year-old Jerry Cornett and 22 year-old Macus Hernandez, who were killed in the wreck. 29 year-old Omar Ontiveros was uninjured.
