Wednesday night, the Houston Astros wrapped up a three game series at the Seattle Mariners. The Mariners ended up edging out the Astros 3-2 as they snapped the Astros three game winning streak.

The Mariners scored a run in the first, third and fourth innings in the win. Catcher Mike Zunino (pictured) hit a home run to left in the third inning.

Astros first baseman Chris Carter hit his first homer of the season in the fifth inning.

J.A. Happ (1-1) earned his first win of the season for Seattle, and Roberto Hernandez (0-2) took the loss for Houston.

Houston remains in first place in the AL West with an 8-7 record and they have Thursday off. The Astros will start a three game series at the A's on Friday.
