Police Respond to an Alleged Stabbing in East Lubbock
Lubbock police are still investigating an alleged stabbing that occurred in East Lubbock Sunday afternoon.
The LPD reports that officers arrived in the 2400 block of East 30th just after 5:30 p.m. for what they were told was a potential shooting. Instead, officers discovered a man had been stabbed in the neighborhood.
He was found nearby in the 1800 block of East 28th Street and taken to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries. Police have not named the victim or any potential suspects in the case.
