The Kansas City Chiefs went into Foxborough last night and did what the last 21 teams could not do: Beat New England in Gillette Stadium.

Mahomes is the youngest QB since 2000 to win against the Brady/Belichick regime.

The 23-16 win clinched the AFC West for the 4th straight season in Kansas City and had the Chiefs feeling like Super Bowl contenders again after a lull in the middle of the season.

But even if the Chiefs weren't feeling overconfident, Brittany Matthews was. That's Patrick Mahomes' girlfriend, who said this after the game:

That's right. After a regular-season win over the Patriots, she's guaranteeing not only one Super Bowl, but at least six for the Chiefs in the next 18 years.

I love the confidence! That's one tall task. though.

If the Chiefs offense can get back on track this season, the team's defense is starting to look like it can make some noise in the playoffs. Head Coach Andy Reid has been to the Super Bowl before. This might just be the Chiefs' year to start a dynasty if Brittany Matthews has anything to do with it.
