Lubbock Man Jailed For Driving Vehicle Into an Apartment Complex
A man remains in the Lubbock County Detention Center for driving his car into an apartment complex in South Lubbock.
According to KAMC News, 57-year-old Tommy Thompson was looking for his wife at an apartment complex in the 1900 block of 66th Street at about 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct.3rd.
Thompson believed his wife was inside one of the apartments and asked a resident if she was. When he was told she wasn’t, he drove his car into the front door of the apartment.
Thompson was arrested at the scene for aggravated assault, criminal mischief, failing to show a driver's license, and an outstanding warrant.
