Lubbock Christian University Falls to No. 13 John Brown University 62-49

Neither team had a good offensive performance, but John Brown University did just enough to take down Lubbock Christian University 62-49. LCU held John Brown to 37.8% from the field. Unfortunately John Brown held LCU to a season worst 32.1% from the field. Combined, the teams started the game going 2-20. John Brown Made enough however to take a 25-20 halftime lead.

The offense in the second half was better, as LCU took a brief 35-33 lead. John Brown took control from there and ultimately took the game 62-49. The Chaps finish the season 15-15, astounding considering they were projected at 10th in the preseason conference poll.
