Things are about to get fun and wild at Say Selfie LBK. They're bringing the zoo to you.

They'll be hosting an event with the RingTail Ranch Lemur Rescue where people will get to interact with some exotic animals and even get pictures.

Another great thing about this event is it's a fundraiser. Part of the proceeds will go back to the Ring Tail Ranch. RingTail Ranch is a 501c3 non-profit l ocated in Lubbock, Texas that's dedicated to giving a new life to lemurs that may have been abused, unwanted or in need of a new home. All of their lemurs are treated with the love and respect they deserve. They have even given forever homes to more than 20 amazing lemurs. At the event, there will be a baby kangaroo, lemur and macaw you can hold and take pictures.

It will cost the regular admission fee to Say Selfie LBK, which is $20 for ages 11 and up and $15 for children 3 to 10. Children 2 and under are free. You don't need any reservations; you just have to show up.

The event will be held on Friday, August 5th, 2022 from 6 - 9 p.m at 11915 Frankford Ave, Lubbock, Texas. You can find out more about it here.
