The Houston Astros are looking to build off of the success of this past weekend as they took their series against the Detroit Tigers two games to one.  Scott Feldman had another good outing as he went six strong innings while giving up just two runs on seven hits and striking out four to earn the win.

Houston must now turn their attention to the Seattle Mariners as they start a three game mid-week series.  Colin McHugh will be on the mound for Houston opposite Seattle's starter Taijuan Walker, who is listed as the fifth-best prospect in baseball by MLB.com, Walker is set to make his season debut against the Astros on Monday in Minute Maid Park.  The talented 21-year-old was expected to begin the season in the Mariners' starting rotation, but shoulder inflammation kept him sidelined for nearly all of Spring Training.  A setback during one of his April rehab starts would further delay the arrival date.

As of today, Houston is currently 36-47 on the year which is 16 games back of the AL West leader in the Oakland A's.  They are now just two games back of in state rival in the Texas Rangers as their recent struggles have dropped them to just 37-44 which two games ahead of Houston.  First pitch for this game is set for 7:10pm from Minute Maid Park in Houston.  The pregame will begin at 6:45pm and you can hear all the actions right here on Sports Radio 1340 the FAN.
