On this week's "Sit and Listen Thursday" on Sportsline, it was a mini-class reunion with several players the 1965 Texas Tech football team.

Steve Dale and Coach Rodney Allison spoke with 6 members of the '65 TTU offensive team. In Hour 1, we had interviews from the "Golden Palomino" All-American Donny Anderson, quarterback Tom Wilson, and fullback Kenny Baker. In Hour 2, we heard from offensive lineman Phil Tucker, tight end Terry Scarborough and wide receiver Jerry Shipley. Under the leadership of Coach JT King, the Red Raiders of 1965 were 8-3 for the season, made an appearance in the Gator Bowl and and finished second overall in the Southwest Conference.
