Boeing 737 Made an Emergency Landing in Lubbock Tuesday Evening
A Boeing 737 had to make an emergency landing in Lubbock Tuesday evening.
The pilot reported engine vibrations and had to divert to Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport. The flight took off from Phoenix and was traveling to Oklahoma City.
KAMC News reports flames were coming from one of the engines, but they were extinguished. Approximately 160 people were on board and the flight landed at about 5:30 p.m.
No injuries were reported.
