Texas Tech men’s basketball has another player in the transfer portal. Following Russell Tchewa is redshirt freshman forward Andrei Savrasov.

The 6-foot-7, 225 pound forward played in 21 games this past season, where he averaged 1.1 points and one rebound per game with his biggest games coming against Creighton and TCU, scoring six points in each of those games.

Savrasov was also named to the Academic All-Big 12 team.

As a prospect, Savrasov joined Texas Tech over Arizona State and Purdue.

With Savrasov heading out, the Red Raider roster seems to be set. If Witchita State transfer Jamarius Burton redshirts as planned, then Nimari Burnett, Davide Moretti, Kyler Edwards, Kevin McCullar and Clarence Nadolny will man the guard spots. Avery Benson will serve his role.

At the forwards, we will see Terrence Shannon Jr., Tyreek Smith, Joel Ntambwe, Chibuzo Agbo, Micah Peavy, Esahi Nyiwe and Marcus Santos-Silva.

That's a full 13 scholarships and a redshirt.
