You can call it kismet. Fate. Destiny. Whatever you like.

I was looking for things to write about and remembered a 4-star safety who decommitted before this season and committed to UCLA. His name is Cam'ron Jones, and he's the one that got away for Kliff Kingsbury.

Jones plays like an animal who is more worried about laying the wood than anything else on the field. He's fast enough to return kicks. He's physical enough to play linebacker. He's a perfect fumble-forcing fit for David Gibbs' 806D.

Here's where the fate comes in.

After the coaching change at UCLA, Jones has reopened his commitment once again.

The senior from Mansfield has open offers from UCLA and Texas Tech. He also has offers from Baylor, TCU, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Miss State and many more. According to 247sports.com the most likely landing spots are Oklahoma, Ole Miss, UCLA or Texas Tech.
