4 Must-Try Dishes at Lubbock’s New Richard Rawlings’ Garage [Video]
Richard Rawlings' Garage opened their second-ever restaurant in Lubbock recently, and we got a taste of what they bring to the table -- literally.
"We wanted to have good quality food, good-sized portions -- Texas-sized portions -- for a reasonable price," explained Ed Merslich, general manager at Richard Rawlings' Garage in Lubbock.
Mission accomplished!
Merslich showed off four of the restaurant's signature dishes: Boosted Nachos, Firebird Chicken, Homemade Meat Loaf (on a piece of Texas toast, no less), and the overeasy egg-topped Mustang Burger.
You can get acquainted with these delicious items in the video above. As good as these dishes look, they taste even better. And any of these dishes will fill you up. Just look at the size of them!
You can check out the full Richard Rawlings' Garage menu on their website. The restaurant is also family-friendly, offering a special kids eat free night on Mondays.
Richard Rawlings Garage is located at 2522 Marsha Sharp Freeway in the Raider Park parking garage (right across from The Jones) on the ground floor.
