It's Celiac Awareness Month, and Market Street locations are helping those who are eating gluten-free by giving tours of the store and pointing out what they can and can't eat.

Brenda Duby with United Supermarkets stopped by to talk about something else that pops up with those with gluten allergies: probiotics.

Duby said those with stomach issues or just those who are wanting to eat a little healthier should look for foods with probiotics. While you can take pills, foods with probiotics also tend to have other benefits as well.

Duby pointed to sauerkraut as one example, as well as yogurt and so many other foods that can help those with gluten allergies and stomach problems.
