Earlier today, Texas Tech Football head coach Tommy Tuberville apologized for his outburst on the sideline during last Saturday's game against Kansas. After a botched 4th down play, Tuberville yanked the headset off of graduate assistant Kevin Oliver.

Well, just a few hours later, the Big 12 Conference issued a public reprimand concerning Tuberville's actions. USA Today caught up with Big 12 Commissioner Bob Bowlsby, who issued the reprimand. "I think it warrants that kind of treatment from the conference," Bowlsby said. "I guess I'd be less than forthright if I didn't acknowledge we will be keeping a careful eye on it going forward."

Texas Tech Football's next game is Saturday at Oklahoma State. Kickoff is at 2:30p.
