Three individuals were arrested during a burglary in progress Thursday afternoon in Slaton.

On February 17th, Lubbock County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the burglary at around 1 p.m. in the 6200 block of East Highway 84. Upon arrival, several suspects were observed at the scene. One was attempting to steal property, another was inside the building, and another attempted to flee.

Authorities arrested 30-year-old Shawn Littlefield, 48-year-old Monroe Ace Setser, and 32-year-old Alexis Agosto and booked them into the Lubbock County Detention Center.

A look at jail records shows Littlefield charged with speeding, burglary of a habitation, and engaging in organized criminal activity. Setser faces charges of burglar and engaging in organized criminal activity. Agosto was charged with evading and resisting arrest.

An investigation into this burglary is ongoing.
