Three Injured in Monday Morning Crash in Lubbock
Lubbock Police received reports of a crash between a van and a pickup truck at around 8:20 a.m. Monday morning.
Officers arrived at the 6000 block of 34th Street and located the victims, the driver of the van and the 2 occupants of the pickup truck. They were all taken to a hospital with moderate injuries.
According to LPD's Tiffany Taylor, it appears the driver of the van was traveling south in the 3400 block of the Loop 289 access road and failed to stop at a red light, striking the pickup which was traveling west.
The driver of the van was cited for running a light.
