Third Person of Interest Identified in Celestino Rodriguez Case
A third person has been identified as a person of interest in the disappearance of 79-year-old Celestino Rodriguez from Slaton.
Rodriguez was originally reported as missing back on Saturday, August 3rd, and his vehicle was located in Temple that following Wednesday. Brett Garza and David Wayne Hampton were considered persons of interest, but are currently wanted for Credit/Debit Card Abuse of an Elderly Individual 65 years of age or older.

On August 4th, at around 2:58 p.m., a separate person was caught on video with David Wayne Hampton during the alleged fraudulent use of Rodriguez's debit card. The footage comes from the Dollar General at 5004 34th Street in Lubbock. Footage of the man can be seen below:
