The Texas Rangers fell on Saturday 8-3 at the hands of the Cleveland Indians as they now sit at 31-31 on the year which is seven games back of Oakland in the division.  Nick Tepesch took the loss yesterday as he went just over five innings while giving up four runs on eight hits and walking four batters.  On the year Tepesch is now just 2-2 with a 4.91 ERA.

"They were making me work a little bit. I felt like I made some pretty good pitches but it was really that one bad pitch right there that kind of got me," said Tepesch, who is 0-2 with a 9.82 ERA in his last two starts after going 2-0 with a 2.95 ERA in his first three.  "They put some good swings on some good pitches today and I made just one bad pitch in the last inning."  The bullpen also struggled last night as they gave up four runs in just three and two thirds innings of work.

Texas will continue their weekend series with the Indians today with first pitch for that game set for 2:05pm from Globe Life Park in Arlington and can be seen on FOX Sports SW.
