The Rob Breaux Show With Karson Robinson Will Pivot to Online Content
In May of 2017, The Rob Breaux Show with Karson Robinson debuted on SportsRadio 1340 The Fan on a Saturday morning. Since then we've talked through multiple Big 12 titles from Texas Tech, two trips to Omaha, two trips to the Elite 8, a Final 4, National Championships, a name change to the station and several coaching changes. We've also been through an MVP campaign and a Super Bowl for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Obviously we've been a small part in that journey but our voices had weaved through each storyline to the best of our ability. The Rob Breaux Show has been through a few time and schedule changes but the constants of myself, Karson and Tucker Lowrance have tried to, at the very least, be entertaining to our listeners.
We moved into the weekday lineup at our most current timeslot on January 4, 2019. The spring of 2019 was an incredible run for Texas Tech which led to many memories that we'll be able to take with us. Unfortunately, the spring of 2020 hasn't brought the same string of successes. The world is facing some tough decisions, decisions much tougher than the one that was made to make another scheduling change for The Rob Breaux Show.
In light of the sports world shutting down and the economy changing, The Rob Breaux Show will be pivoting away from the weekday airwaves and moving online. You can still get content from Karson and me on Twitter.com, and I'll still be blogging for kkam.com.
As the world returns to normal, at some point, I hope that our show will also return to the air. Don't forget that our online show segments ill be posted on the Talk 1340 SoundCloud account.
Until then, we'll see you next time. Peace.
