The San Antonio Spurs and the Miami Heat faced off in the final game of the season to decide the NBA Finals champion.  After a crushing defeat in game six, San Antonio would have to bounce back and try and give the same effort in game seven.  LeBron James and company would have other plans though however as he had yet another impressive elimination game performance in the 95-88 victory.

James finished the game with 37 points and 12 rebounds on his way his second NBA title and his second finals MVP.  Dwyane Wade also played big for the Heat as he had 23 points and 10 boards.

Tim Duncan (Pictured on the Left) lead the way for the Spurs who lost their first chance at a title in five tries.  He had 24 points and 12 rebounds but missed two shots late that could have tied the game.  Tony Parker really struggled to get in any kind of rhythm last night as he had just 10 points and 4 assists.

With the conclusion of last nights finals, it brings the 2013 NBA season to a close.  If you still need your NBA fix though, the NBA Draft is coming up on June 27th and can be seen on ESPN.
