The Dallas Cowboys have not exactly thrill their fan base this preseason.  Especially after last weeks six turnover loss to the Arizona Cardinals.  It wasn't as if they could not move the ball, they just couldn't hold on to it.  “Six total for the game,” head coach Jason Garrett said of the turnovers. “Obviously, you can’t win football games like that. We’ll go through them play by play. You can give them credit on each of those plays, but obviously you have to take care of the football.”  If the Cowboys want to have a successful season this year, they cannot continue to have this problem.

This week their opponent will not be any easier as the Cincinnati Bengals come to town for the all too important third preseason game.  The starters should get the majority of the playing time as they will treat this as if it were a regular game day.  This also will be the last chance fans will get to see the starters before the regular season kicks off.  The fourth preseason game, or fifth in the Cowboys case, is the final chance for all the free agents and young players to make an impact and earn a spot on the 53 man roster.

Kick off is set for 7:00 pm Saturday from the newly named AT&T Stadium in Dallas.
