Texas Tech’s Davide Moretti Provides Update From Italy

On March 14th, Texas Tech basketball player Davide Moretti went home to be with his family in Italy. After a full week and more and more devastating news leaving that country, Moretti provided a statement through @TTUHoopsFans on Twitter:

The junior guard and his family are doing good and thank you for checking in on them.

Moretti and the Red Raiders' season was cut short this year, but they hope to be back in contention next season when Moretti takes on his senior season. That is, unless the Italian star goes pro in some capacity.

For now though, it's just important that Moretti and his family are safe and sound.
