Texas Tech to Face Michigan in Final Midweek Series of the Season

Texas Tech Baseball (28-20, 9-12 Big 12) will play its final midweek series of the season at Michigan(15-31, 6-12 Big Ten) Tuesday at 5:05pm with television coverage live on The Big Ten Network. The series is Tech's first midweek road series during the month of May since 1967. The Red Raiders had six days off for end of course exams and look to bounce back after their 11-1 loss at home to Dallas Baptist on May 3 in Lubbock.

Duke von Schamann (3-0, 5.47 ERA) takes the mound for Texas Tech opposite Michigan's Bobby Brosnahan (1-8, 7.71 ERA) for Game 1 of the series on Tuesday and Wednesday's pitching match up has yet to be determined by either team.

Texas Tech will travel to Columbia, MO for a 3 game conference series against the Missouri Tigers this Friday and then wrap up at home next week against Oklahoma State.
