Texas Tech has Three Players Invited to the NFL Combine
Texas Tech football had a rough year but this trio of seniors have made some serious moves this offseason to move toward their goal of the NFL. The next move for the group of Red Raiders is to go to the NFL Scouting Combine.
Jordyn Brooks and Broderick Washington will be on the field in front of the scouts on February 29th while Terrance Steele will be out on the turf on the 28th.
The boys follow in the tradition of fellow Red Raiders at the combine in the last several years including Patrick Mahomes, Dakota Allen, La'Raven Clark and others.
Steele and Washington follow strong Senior Bowl performances while Brooks needs a big combine fresh off recovery from an injury suffered near the end of 2019. The Red Raider linebacker is sitting toward the 2nd round on the board according to Matt Miller of Bleacher Report who called him a top 50 guy.
