Texas Tech Coach Shanon Hays on the Williams & Hyatt Show [AUDIO]
The Red Raider softball team has made it back into post-season play for the second consecutive season under head coach Shanon Hays. Tech learned Sunday evening that they would be part of the Tucson Regional where they will face New Mexico State during the opening game, which is set to begin at 6 p.m. Friday evening.
The Red Raiders finished the year at 40-14 overall, just the second 40-win season in school history, meanwhile their 5-13 mark in Big 12 play gave Tech an eighth place finish in the conference.
