Texas Tech Baseball vs. Alabama A&M – Preview
No. 27 Texas Tech Red Raider Baseball will play its first game in Lubbock this month hosting Alabama A&M for a two game series Tuesday night and Wednesday afternoon. Texas Tech went 2-4 on the road the past two weeks losing to No. 4 Rice 6-2 and No. 5 Arkansas 3-1 at the Houston College Classic before routing Houston 10-4. The Red Raiders defeated No. 10 Arizona State in Tempe 8-4 before being swept by the TCU Horned Frogs 2-1 and 7-4 in the rain shortened series in Fort Worth.
The Alabama A&M Bulldogs enter the midweek series being swept in Stillwater by the Oklahoma State Cowboys in three games. The Bulldogs are 5-12 on the season and have only faced Texas Tech twice before in 2010 when Tech won both match ups 18-4 and 3-0 in Lubbock.
