The Texas Tech Red Raider baseball team will look to break their two game losing streak when they head to Albuquerque, N.M. to battle the Lobos starting Tuesday. The Red Raiders enter the Tuesday's match up coming off of their series loss at home to 5th ranked Texas A&M.

The Red Raiders enter the game at 20-13 on the season and have only lost one non conference game in the last month's time. Tomorrow's game will be the 96th meeting between the two teams with the Red Raiders holding the all time series lead at 58-36-1.

The Lobos did win last year's series between the two schools, claiming two of our three games on their own field. All together, Tech head coach Dan Spencer is 2-3 all time against New Mexico.

This two game series with New Mexico will only be the first time this season that the two teams meet. The Red Raiders will play host to the Lobos later this month at Dan Law Field. Tech will play New Mexico a total of four times this year.

First pitch on Tuesday for game one of the two game series is set for 1pm CST (Noon MST).
