Texas Tech Athletic Director Kirby Hocut on the Sports Shack [AUDIO]

The Sports Shack with Scott Fitzgerald and Alan Berger spent some time with Texas Tech athletic director Kirby Hocutt. The Shack talked with Hocutt about his philosophy in running the athletic department. They also discussed Texas Tech football and their season ticket program. Hocutt also talked about some of his past experiences at other universities and how that makes him a better athletic director for Texas Tech.
