Texas starting pitcher Derek Holland threw 8 1/3 innings of shutout baseball and Mike Napoli hit a monster 3-run home run in the bottom of the sixth inning to propel the Rangers to a 4-0 victory over the St. Louis Cardinals to even up the World Series at two games a piece.

Holland delivered a performance to help a decimated Texas bullpen from the Game 3 debacle where the Cardinals ripped through the Rangers pitching staff for 16 runs. Neftali Feliz finished the game collecting the last two outs in the Game 4 Texas win.

Cardinals starting pitcher Edwin Jackson became the first pitcher in 14 years to walk 7 batters in a World Series as Jackson gave up 3 runs on 5 1/3 innings taking the loss for St. Louis. Mitchell Boggs relieved Jackson after walking 2 straight batters leading to the 3 run Mike Napoli home run.

Texas was led at the plate by Napoli going 1 for 2 at the plate with 2 RBI and 2 walks while St. Louis slugger and future Hall of Fame 1st baseman Albert Pujols was held hitless going 0-4 after the historic Game 3 performance at the plate with his 3 homers.

Game 5 starts tomorrow night a 7:05 in Arlington with the series tied at 2-2.
