Taylor Floyd has only been a Red Raider this season after heading to JUCO first before heading over to the Big 12, but he's been a huge part of the success so far in the Red Raiders season. His hard work has paid off as he was drafted in the 10th round of the MLB draft by the Milwaukee Brewers.

The slinging side arm reliever with a rubber arm has thrown more than 50 innings this season in 26 appearances with 78 strikeouts and a 2.86 ERA.

Floyd will join Gabe Holt in the Brewers organization who was drafted in the 7th round.

Before they head off to the minors they need to finish the Super Regional this weekend and hopefully make a trip to Omaha for the College World Series.
