The world’s largest pancake festival will open up shop in Lubbock this Saturday.

The Lubbock Lion's Club, which set a Guinness World Record in 2009, will host its 59th Pancake Festival on Saturday at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. Howard Darwin, the co-chairman of the festival, said the club hopes to have fun, raise money and hang on to its world record. Read more about this Lubbock tradition on the next page!
