A major fast-food chain is making a move to Texas. Though we are seeing quite a few businesses moving their headquarters to the Lone Star State, this one is moving away from the state that is its namesake.

Fast food in Odessa, Texas, could use more variety, but one spot surprised me—Long John Silver’s. After years away from the brand, I gave the Odessa location a try.
