On Election Day, November 2nd, voters went to the polls to decide on multiple local propositions, bonds, and state constitutional amendments.

Over 30 different locations will be open on Tuesday from 7am-7pm. In addition to Texas Constitutional Amendments, voters in the City of Lubbock & New Deal ISD will be voting on bonds

Early Voting begins Monday, October 18th, ahead of the November 2nd Special Election for the City of Lubbock’s 2021 Street Bond Election.

The hearings concerning the property tax increase would be held on Monday, August 23 and Monday, August 30 at the Lubbock County Courthouse

Texans will decide the fate of eight proposed amendments on November 2; including one which would expand religious freedom across the state

The ordinance was passed in Lubbock, with 62.46 percent of voters, voting in favor of the ordinance. The raw vote total was 21,400 in favor and 12,860 against.

The LARW will discuss the upcoming City of Lubbock referendum which if passed, would ban abortions from being performed in the city

Early Voting runs from April 19-27, in advance of Election Day on Saturday, May 1. Early Voting locations include the Texas Tech Rec Center & Citizens Tower
