Well, this is embarrassing.

Someone decided to leave an old toilet right beneath the 'Welcome to Lubbock' sign that you see when you enter the city limits. I'm not sure if it's still there at this point, but it definitely made me laugh a little bit. Just a little.

If you didn't crack a smile, then you might not have a sense of humor, or perhaps your mom didn't warm your milk up properly before you went to bed last night.

Don't get me wrong, folks, I love Lubbock, but someone clearly does not and thought the perfect place for you to take a roadside dump would be right when you get to town. Even though the prank is mean, they totally get extra points for creativity.

It's not every day that a joke about our town just writes itself. We'd like to give thanks to the guy that snapped this photo, David Bullock, for totally cracking us all up at the station.

Teach me your ways, prank master.

Lubbock isn't that bad, guys. There are plenty of worse places to live...like Odessa. Sheesh! Thank goodness for Lubbock. I had to go to college in Odessa and I always felt like I was one step away from either being murdered or becoming addicted to meth.

Count your blessings.
