Red Raiders say Goodbye to Lubbock and Head to the Minor Leagues

The Red Raider baseball team had seven players drafted this season in the MLB draft and they have now started to move on to the minor leagues. We reported last week on most of the signings but Taylor Floyd locked in his deal as well signing for right at his slot value with the Brewers.

Cam Warren has also signed with the Reds for an undisclosed amount.

Both Floyd and Warren penned letters shared on the Texas Tech baseball twitter account saying goodbye to Lubbock, Texas Tech and the fans of the Baseball team.

Both Josh Jung and Gabe Holt also shared their sentiments via the Texas Tech baseball twitter account.
