Possible Officer Involved Shooting And Multiple Arrests Are Happening This Morning [VIDEO]

This is just developing. There was a tweet from an LPD officer about an officer involved shooting this morning. Its also being reported that multiple people have been arrested. I don't have any details as to why they were arrested, or who, if anyone, was actually shot. Details will be updated.
