During National Nutrition Month, United Supermarkets wants you to focus on nutrition. Duby also brought up one big myth which is, frozen foods are bad for you.
According to Duby, frozen foods can be good for you. Duby talked about how frozen vegetables are easy to prepare by adding olive oil, salt, and pepper. Duby also pointed to Better For You Pizza's, and other great frozen foods that are nutritious.
