Lubbock’s Mugshot Monday: 30 People Arrested the First Full Week of the New Year
We have successfully survived the first week of 2023 and I must say it's not that bad, unless you live outside of Lubbock. I am not saying anything we don't already know but goodness those tumbleweeds have been huge! Good thing the city was offering drop off locations for those tumbleweeds last week.
Now if you missed all the tumbleweed apocalypse fun then you might have also missed the new tea place in Lubbock and the yummy bbq joint headed to the Hub City. I am more than ready to eat some great Texas bbq but I do have to remember to keep my fitness resolution on track this year so moderation is key. It does help that I celebrated Kings day with my family and shared a rosca de reyes instead of eating it all by myself.
Maybe I can work off all that holiday food by signing up Lubbock law enforcements Citizen's Academy, I don't think cardio is offered so I will have to probably opt to have a salad instead, it is easier to run to get a salad in Lubbock while on my lunch break. While we get summer ready we might as well try to win some money for a new summer wardrobe, I am unfortunately ineligible, by signing up to win a $500 Visa Gift Card.
These 30 mugshots are of people who were arrested during the week of January 3 through January 8, 2023 and held in the Lubbock County Detention Center. Everyone featured is innocent until proven guilty and have only been charged with at least one felony, be it State Jail Felony, Third Degree Felony, Second Degree Felony, First Degree Felony, a Capital Felony or were arrested and held on a Fugitive Warrant or Detainer, a United States Marshall Remand, or Immigration Customs Enforcement Detainer.
