Lubbock Police Release Identity of Man Killed in Crash Last Friday

Lubbock Police have released the identity of a driver killed in an accident last weekend.

Friday (Dec. 7th), 68-year-old James Churchwell was driving a pickup on 82^nd Street in Lubbock and hit a utility pole at University Avenue. Churchwell passed away from injuries suffered in the accident this Monday (Dec. 10th).

The LPD are still investigating the cause of the accident.
